Day 1: Arrival in Mombasa – Transfer to Diani Beach

Upon arrival at Moi International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative from Travel Tamaro Adventures.
Transfer to the beautiful Diani Beach, approximately 40 km south of Mombasa, enjoying scenic views along the coast.
Upon arrival at your beach resort, our team will assist you with check-in before you relax and unwind after your journey.
Spend the remainder of the day enjoying the beach, swimming pool, or resort facilities.

Day 2: Relax and Enjoy Diani Beach

Spend the entire day relaxing on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Diani Beach, consistently ranked among Africa’s best beach destinations.
Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, beach walks, water sports, spa treatments, or simply relax beside the pool while enjoying the tropical atmosphere.

Day 3: Leisure Day & Safari Briefing

Enjoy another relaxing morning at the beach.
Later in the day, our safari representative will visit your hotel to provide a detailed briefing about your upcoming wildlife safari, answer your questions, and confirm departure arrangements.
Spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 4: Diani Beach – Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary (Salt Lick Safari Lodge)

After an early breakfast, depart at approximately 6:30 AM for Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary.
Arrive in time for lunch at the spectacular Salt Lick Safari Lodge, one of Africa’s most unique safari lodges built on elevated stilts overlooking natural waterholes where wildlife gathers throughout the day.
After lunch, enjoy an exciting afternoon game drive through the sanctuary.
Look out for elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, elands, oryx, waterbucks, impalas, warthogs, and over 300 species of birds.
Return to the lodge for dinner while watching wildlife from the lodge’s observation decks.

Day 5: Salt Lick Safari Lodge – Return to Diani Beach

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive, when wildlife is most active.
Return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out.
Enjoy one final game drive while leaving the sanctuary.
Drive back to Diani Beach, enjoying a picnic lunch en route.
Arrive at your beach resort at approximately 5:00 PM.

Day 6: Leisure Day at Diani Beach

Spend another relaxing day enjoying the magnificent beaches of Diani.

Local shopping
Kayaking
Stand-up paddleboarding
Sunset beach walks

Day 7: Optional Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park Excursion

Day 8: Departure – Transfer to Moi International Airport

Enjoy breakfast at your resort before checking out.
Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to Moi International Airport in Mombasa for your onward flight.
Our team will ensure a smooth transfer, marking the end of your unforgettable Kenya beach and safari holiday.
